Being a seasoned good food hunter I am constantly on the look out for uber healthy things to eat. I’m so done with high fat, sugary, crave making junkfood. There are so many “foods” that contain really dodgy ingredients, some so weird I have no idea how to pronounce them let alone want to eat them. I admit I’m a label flagger and have lost a few shopping buddies because of it but hey, my quest for continued good health and a strong immune system goes on. I’m a big believer in eating the right foods to keep the body& mind healthy and to ensure optimum nutritional uptake. These wonderful wholefoods are the perfect snack for the inbetween meal munchies. Nakd bars are a great source of
fibre (so vital for good health!), protein and buckets of other essential nutrients. They are low fat by nature and everyone from Vegan onwards can enjoy them. Something else I like to slip into my pocket is a packet of the infused raisins. These are really cool ’cause you think you’re about to eat a raisin but you get a pineapple (or cherry or lemon or orange) blast instead. Neat stuff. I really like this raw product range. The cocoa delight bar keeps me from slipping off the old chocolate ledge and I simply adore the taste of cashew cookie.
